Congress just voted to give rich people a massive tax cut. A little more than a year ago, Donald Trump told a room full of rich people—at a restaurant that charges $145 for an ounce of fish eggs—“we’re getting your taxes down.”
“Don’t worry,” he said.
They clapped. Maybe they’re still clapping.
