Obama showed how he really feels about climate change last night

At the White House Correspondents Dinner last night, President Obama brought on comedian Keegan Michael Key as “Luther,” his “anger translator” who was supposed to act out how the rigorously composed Obama actually feels about the issues he deals with.

One of them was climate change.

But after allowing Luther to joke about the California drought and climate denialists, Obama breaks character.

“It is crazy!” he says, his voice rising in fake-but-sort-of-real anger. “What about our kids! What kind of stupid, short-sighted irresponsible…” before almost going blue, and giving “Luther” himself pause about the president losing his temper.
