Report Card: House Immigration Reform Bill

The Senate passed an immigration reform bill in June, but a similar effort has stalled in the House of Representatives.
I went through the immigration legislation in the House and gave each section a grade based on my own analysis. This is a big bill — 1,137 pages — but here are my broad thoughts:
