Republican presidential candidates will have basically no time to talk at tonight's 'Voters First Forum'

While the first official Republican debate is scheduled for Thursday night, Monday marks the first informal debate of the 2016 campaign. Fourteen of the 17 Republican presidential candidates will practice their chops at the “Voter’s First Forum” in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The forum will last approximately two hours, giving each candidate around seven minutes of total air time with a bonus 30 seconds for closing remarks.

Given the limited amount of time allotted, each candidate could try to answer potentially complicated, substantive policy questions while also deflecting criticism from/directing criticism at their fellow candidates in a series of micro-soundbites.

Or they could wisely use their time all at once and do one of the following:

Perform Bohemian Rhapsody in its entirety with 56 seconds of extended shred time.

Complete one round of the 7-minute workout, cool down periods included.

Cook this recipe for 7-minute sweet and sour meatballs.

Clean and declutter their mail and other paper documents per this tip sheet on speed cleaning.
