Richard Curtis: the world needs more angry young people to fix climate change
Curtis says he sees no reason to doubt that the new generation “will insist that their leaders do something” about climate change.
Like John F. Kennedy’s promise to put a man on the moon in ten year’s time, “we need this generation to say we are going to insist on battling climate change in the next 10 years,” said the producer of hit films Four Weddings and a Funeral, Bridget Jones’ Diary, Notting Hill and Love Actually.
“I absolutely believe it can be done.”
