Six seconds of "Another Rape Poem"

This month, the United States celebrates National Poetry Month, a national celebration of the rhythmic word.  In honor of this glorious occasion, Voices will present some fresh takes on the art form.

On Vine, the Social Justice Poetry account creates six second snippets from larger poems turning them into compelling statements on their own.  “Another Rape Poem,” by Brenna Twohy, is powerful in its own right, but the line itself combined with the title creates another kind of commentary.
