These are the people to people-watch at Art Basel 2014

In December 2013, Art Basel drew 75,000 collectors, enthusiasts and artists to Miami from around the world. This year, attendance could break 80,000. Of those attendees, roughly 5 percent are world-class people-watching opportunities.
