This Video of Dogs Trick-or-Treating Wins Halloween

Shut it down, you guys, because there’s no way Halloween gets any better than the video below. In it, we see Maymo and Penny, two adorable lemon beagles, dressed up in various outfits—including characters from Star Wars and The Teletubbies—asking for treats. For their efforts, the canine duo is rewarded with popcorn, a gourd, cigarettes, and… handcuffs?

The video (uploaded by crackrockcandy) has already been viewed more than 50,000 since it was first uploaded on Monday. We suspect that by the time Halloween rolls around, that view count will be much, much higher.

In addition to providing our lives with a brief reprieve from the mundane and meaningless, it further proves that dogs are empirically better superior to cats.
