Twerking Brought To a Whole New Illegal Level

Every thief needs a calling card, right?

So naturally, we now have the ‘Twerking Bandit.’ Yes, in one Brooklyn neighborhood there is now a burglar duo who steal your mail packages after twerking outside for excessive periods of time. Because nothing is more inconspicuous than twerking on the street in the middle of the day while other people are just trying to go about their lives.
