Who Said It: Donald Trump or My 2-Year-Old Son?

On Monday, President Donald Trump kicked off his administration’s “Made In America” week by engaging in one of his favorite pastimes: Climbing into shiny trucks and using his imagination like a big boy!

According to a pool report from the White House lawn, the 71-year-old Trump hopped up into the cab of a fire truck, and asked “Where’s the fire? I’ll put it out!” while Vice President Mike Pence stood to the side and laughed.

Incidentally, “Where’s the fire? I’ll put it out!” is almost exactly what my two-year-old son said last week after bingeing three episodes of “Fireman Sam,” which he found playing with YouTube on my iPad while I wasn’t paying attention. Then he ran around “fighting fires” for an hour, before taking a well-earned nap.

President Trump, however, remains wide awake and in charge of the United States’ nuclear arsenal.
