Who was that 'wizard' at CNN's Democratic presidential debate?

A lot of people watching the Democratic presidential debate on CNN took to Twitter, claiming they saw a wizard in the audience. That’s ridiculous. Why would a wizard be at a Democratic presidential debate? Any Bailey School kid will tell you that wizards don’t attend Democratic presidential debates!

So, who is this guy? Huffington Post editorial fellow Philip Lewis is sticking to his Dumbledore theory, while Morehouse student J. Smith postulates that he might be Joe Biden in disguise.

Some of my colleagues at Fusion even wondered whether we were actually looking at perennial candidate and activist Vermin Supreme.

I have a pretty good feeling that he’s actually a Martin O’Malley staffer tasked with aging by proxy for the candidate à la Dorian Gray. Orrrrr, that the mystery wizard is actually Amy Lynn Carter sporting a prop Rip Van Winkle beard for comedic effect after falling asleep under the oooooold oak tree with her Siamese cat, Misty Malarky Ying Yang, back in 1981—but I remain unconvinced.

Still, I think we can all agree that the memes from this debate have been bad and dumb.

Bad at filling out bios seeks same.
